These terms govern use of the public SimreadyAI by agentqa.tech website. A paid product engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Website and product information
The website describes engineering workflows, product positioning, and possible evaluation paths. Examples and illustrative interfaces are explanatory material. Supported capabilities, integration availability, commercial scope, support, and deployment conditions must be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.
3. Meeting requests and contact
A submitted meeting request proposes a time; it does not reserve or confirm an appointment. Our team must confirm the meeting separately by email. Provide accurate contact information and do not submit unlawful, confidential, or sensitive material through public forms.
4. Engineering responsibility
AI assistance, preparation recommendations, and educational content do not replace qualified engineering judgment. You are responsible for reviewing assumptions, inputs, material data, boundary conditions, mesh quality, solver configuration, and simulation results before relying on them in design or operational decisions.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or use forms for spam.
